Golden Standard
Mark on the entrance, machine, and menu: the establishment works with a trained team, a calibrated machine, Golden Standard formulas, and defined hygiene. The guest sees this before ordering their first coffee.

Every cup is connected to a trained team, a calibrated machine, and a controlled system.
Recipes, parameters and procedures are shared across the entire team, allowing new members to onboard faster without compromising quality.
The standard behind the bar gains a visible identity and a story that the team can clearly and consistently convey to the guest.

At least two employees have completed the Academy: preparation, milk, service, and hygiene, at their own workstation.
Golden Standard barista formulas or Lattiz packaging, filtration and appropriate hygiene support the same expected result.
The venue publicly aligns its name with a defined quality standard — and agrees to maintain it.
