Specification
- Closed loop
- After every cup, the system self-corrects the grind coarseness based on dose, ratio, and extraction time. When changing beans, calibration is just one button.
- Even puck
- Vertical vibration levels the ground coffee, and extraction from bottom to top keeps the flow stable — without channels through the puck.
- Milk
- Three steam wand modes — manual, automatic temperature and fully automatic. Microfoam is rated SCA level 1; cold foam has adjustable aeration.
- Hygiene
- The coffee system is cleaned with one touch, with a tablet dispenser that lasts about a month. The milk system cleans itself.
- Monitoring
- Machine status, bean consumption, fault diagnostics and recipe deployment are handled remotely — without a service call for every minor issue.
- Space
- A width of 43 cm replaces a setup that would otherwise require over 1.2 m of bar space.

The machine is part of a system, not an off-the-shelf purchase.
The configuration is chosen according to the menu, volume and space of the establishment — along with formulas, filtration, hygiene and training from the same delivery.
